This is a topic I am hugely passionate about and have been working in for the past 3 years. Let me join you with an interactive and exciting presentation aimed at women and girls of how to create healthy and happy eating habits, heal relationships with food and body and how to avoid the strong messages from social media and pressure from society making us think we need a perfect body in today's world.
